Throw out my heart and get a new one...

So we burst into colours, colours and carousels,
Fall head first like paper planes in playground games
Next thing we're touching
You look at me it's like you hit me with lightning

Go on, go on, go on...

Why hello there! No I didn’t hack into anyone’s account; I’m Just My Other Blog’s new writer. By which I don’t mean that I’m the only writer on this blog. I’m the third writer. Uh, I’m getting myself in knots here! Oh yeah, what a way to begin my first ever post on the blogosphere. Way to go, Coco.
My name’s Coco, I’m turning sixteen later this year, I go to the same school as Trinna, but not B, because she goes to a different school (well duh). I like food and sitting pretty in the sun. #imcoollikethat. I tend to use Twitter hash tags and trends on every social networking site I go on. Just bear with me.
I think I had better sign off before I hurt myself...

California english...

B has decided to stop blogging on Just My Other Blog for reasons unknown, so I'll be holding up the pied-a-terre on my own for now. But don't worry one of my other friends is soon to join this blog!
Happy holidays!

And the rest you can figure out...

She lives in a fairytale, somewhere too far for us to find. Forgotten the taste and smell of a world that she’s left behind.

She’s ripping wings off of butterflies.

So go get your shovel, and we’ll dig a deep hole to bury the castle.

But it was a trick, and the clock struck twelve.

I’m sorry...

Sorry we haven't been giving Just My Other Blog much love lately. We’ve just been.. on holidays. Besides, no one even reads the stuff we write here because.. Duh. It’s quite obvious why. I needn’t I say it.

I’ve decided to turn this blog into a sort of Tumblr-like site. As in, loads of pictures in every post and maybe two – three lines of writing. Yeh. I wonder if B will be OK with that..

So much for a happy ending...

Hiya!

I was watching Atonement the other night and at first it appeared like something that would seem disgusting but with nothing better to do for the night I just watched it and I LOVED it!
I love the sad ending, about how the younger sister ruined the time that her sister and her sister’s love life needed by sending him to jail for a crime he didn’t commit.
I’m full of bad-endings. I love them, they complete me because movies now are just so full off happy-endings where the guy gets the girl, kills the baddie and they live happily-ever-after.
Oh, and I hate those endings where the main character risks their life and it looks like they’re dead and then they wake up and everyone’s happy and then there’s this sweet ending,
Bleh
But in Atonement the guy dies the day the army was returning home and the main character never got to make things right with her sister because her sister died in a flooding accident.
Sad.
So hurray for sad endings!
Although everyone would prefer their life not to end badly because sad endings aren’t really good in real-life – only for awesome movies like ‘So Close’ , ‘Atonement’, ‘Stairway to Heaven’, ‘Glass Slipper’ and ‘About a Girl’.

Playground school bell rings...

A little bit about my day:

I had English first, which I normally love, but we were writing Sonnets .. the gayest thing in the world. I hate Shakespeare. Always Will. The English language would be so much easier if Shakespeare's mother had an abortion. Then I wouldn't be failing.

B discovered that recess is the best time to get me into trouble by chucking her cigarette packets at me. Nah, I’m only joking; we’re both environmentalists.

History was a no sleep lesson because the lesson was basically Miss Bucked-tooth giving us lectures on the I.T people cyber-stalking us to see if we're on Facebook & etc. TBH, I think it's kind of lame. Why give out laptops when they know that we are going to use it inappropriately? No use in blocking Facebook .. teenagers get entertain by anything on the internet whenever there's a teacher talking to herself in the classroom.

I got some sleep in period three, because it was science. We were watching a documentary on earthquakes. Occasionally, I would get awakened by the loud speakers in the room with the destruction of buildings & etc. Plus the room is all echo-y.

My little sister sat with my group and I at lunch again today. I hate it when she does that. I get that it’s her first year at high school, but can’t she make her own friends? And after I was hit in the face by a football twice, I officially have a fear of being hit by balls, just like Blaize.

PE was a waste of time since we had a substitute who didn't know how to work the overhead, and it look her twenty minutes to decide to go to the I.T man.

I wagged last period maths thanks to a dentist appointment, which was awesome because by the time we arrived at the dentist place, my mum realised that I’m actually booked there tomorrow afternoon. So I get to miss two periods of maths in a row! Woot! I love my teeth :D

A battlefield...

Just a random question:

Who do you like more, Justin Bieber or Jonas Brothers?

My school at the moment it spilt into two teams: Team JB, and Team JB. It’s a war. I don’t know which side to pick as I hate them both!

I’m right you’re wrong move on...

I have a part-time job as a salesperson. And believe me, it really makes you appreciate school..

I’m at the cash register checking out a customer. She hands me her bank card.
Me: “Debit?” (We have to ask this because some people don’t know the pin for it.)
Customer: “Credit.”
Me: “Can I see your ID, please?”
Customer: *annoyed* “Uh, this is stupid.”
Me: “What is?”
Customer: “That I have to get my ID. It’s debit too.”
Me: “Did you not tell me credit? I didn’t know that meant debit, I will try to read your mind next time.
Customer: “Well it’s stupid to ask for ID.”
Me: “Like I said, I will try to read your mind next time. And if you happen to lose your card today and someone else finds it and tries to use it here, I will be happy not to check for ID. Thank you. Bye.
*Customer rolls eyes and walks out*

The wheels on the bus go...

My school bus does two separate runs of my town each morning, and I catch the second round. On the first round, the bus just so happened to breakdown in front of my school. The bus driver got onto some random bus (that goes to a primary school) that stopped to drop high schoolers off.,br>Today I was bored and decided to go to my bus stop ten minutes early just to kill time. The bus was twenty minutes late. It was hell standing under that hideous sun for half an hour!
When the bus finally arrived, I was like: What the heck? Why do we have this old bus?! Why are there little kids all over it?!?!
Question answered.
Instead of going to my school, the bus went to the primary school first, where the kids took forever to get off. Then when the bus was travelling to the high school, the driver almost rolled us—we got there so late that I had to sign in at the front office, and walk right into my first period class. Yes, we missed homeroom.
But it was kinda epic, I guess. Meh. I hate busses.

Let the rain fall down...

Can I have a little truth-to-truth? Sometimes I hate posting. I can never think of anything to write about. But I was reading in one of my old magazines and they had this 'What I'm Loving' blog so I thought I'd do something similar (ps. I added pictures for your own entertainment).

x. Pon and Zi. These guys are so cute! I collect 'em all on my phone and then send them around to my friends. I have them as my desktop background, my phone wallpaper - everything, and if tehy had their own TV show I'd watch it anytime.

x. Love. Love. Everyone thinks about love, fantisises about it because it's, well, love. Friendly love, emo love, pon and zi love, family love, romantic love, animal love, never-met love, world love, green love, ocean love, object love.

x. Anime. The best sort of drawing it anime. I mean, cumon, is there anything beter - cooler and so damn fun to draw? I love my anime, my manga and my Tsubasa Books!!!

x. My Chickens. I'll write down the names of all the ones we've had (dead and alive) but that'll take up all of the post so I'll have a shout out even though they'll never read this because that'll be weird mixxed in with AWESOME. Shoutout to my girl Flower, babies Destiny and Indie, little Evie & Jojo and my always-be-in-my-heart Scott. [this picture is of Flower].

x. Books. I read books all the time, I lay in bed and read them for hours-on-end until I get a headache..and then I get a panadol and go and read it again...and then I get annyoed because it's hot...and then I finish the book and I have nothing to read until I get a new one:(

x. Rain. Summer is over-rated. It's hot, it's sweaty so the rain is always welcoming - especially when it leave that sunny coldness the day after. Yeah you get wet, yeah your hair goes curly, yeah you get a cold, yeah your flowers die, yeah your chickens are unhappy...but lets forget those points.

x. Environment. I mean trees. Trees rule. They rules everything everywhere. Spiders grow on trees *shudders*, and all that sciencey stuff that I cant ever be bothered to listen to...

x. Music. No matter what I’m feeling, there’s always a song out there that describes my mood perfectly. And music can also change your mood from “grouchy” to “eee happy”.

x. Friends. I love my friends. They make you laugh, they make you smile and (perferably not) make you cry. My friends complete me - I'll be nothing without them. Shout out to mine - Jane, Maddy, Stef, Daniela and Kirsten

x. The Beach. The beach. Do I need to say anymore?

What’s it like to feel so strong?

So y’all probably heard of the human who was killed by a killer whale? Like, in a zoo or whatever, not in the middle of the Antarctic Ocean. And I’m guessing you heard of how the other humans decided not to put it down. Yes, that’s what I thought--why did they consider killing the poor (endangered?) animal for doing something we’d all do if in that position? Like, who wouldn’t want to kill a human, let alone a human who was keeping you captive? (Sorry, I just realised that I’m asking too many rhetorical questions. I’ll try to cut back on my usage of them.)
As I was saying, it's so unfair! If a dog attacked a human, the dog will be euthanatized. But if the human attacked the dog or another human, they’d pretty much be let off scot-free. And if the dog only attacked the human in the first place because the human was about the kill it, guess who’d be executed--yup, the victim.
Gosh, I hate humans!

Everything's cool as long as I'm getting thinner...

On the bus to school there are usually these two seventh grade boys who just go about everything crazily, talking extremely loud and making fools of themselves – but there’s one thing – they don't care what other people think about them because IT DOESN’T MATTER.

I’ve been trying to obtain that ever since they in rolled in the school.

I don't mean I want to talk about the strangest stuff and put my hands up when the bus goes downwards like I’m on a roller-coaster but I want to be able to feel comfortable in my own skin, to not have to worry if my hair looks bad or my eyes are bloodshot.

Doesn’t everyone?

Instead we stand at the mirror everyday before school or work and try to make our hair perfect by straightening it everyday, or putting too much make-up to hide tiny pimple on your nose.

I have to admit – I’m one of those girls.

Or well, I’m trying to come out of that by starting Feel-good-counselling. I’ve made a pact to stop straightening my hair everyday and not care if it sticks to my face because I’m sweating or turns into a frizzy mess. I’m trying to start to eat cereal *cringe* and do my homework when I come home from school.

So far I’ve only managed the first one but I’m gonna keep trying to get out of this because wouldn’t you feel much, much better if you start caring for yourself inside than the outside.

My friend has this favourite saying: A pimple can’t kill you – liver-poison/cancer/heart-attacks CAN.

Okay, I lied; my friend doesn’t have a saying that goes like that because it is kind of lame – but so true.

Over and Out

When I see you cry it makes me smile...

What makes you smile?

I smile at, like, the randomest things. And I mean random.
By friends are usually the ones that make me smile and I know I'm going onto teh whole inner peace thing but whatever.

It's pretty easy to make me smile or laugh and I dont mean comedy movies because they are pretty lame and trying unless you watch something lame like Justin Biebers one more time music videos but you cant really say thats a movie.

Just the other day I was sitting on the bus and two little girls came and sat down in front of me and they were given an assignment to find the things that make them "smile".

I thought it was pretty cute that they were given an assignment - but that's not the point.

The point is that it made me think about the things that made me smile. I know this guy who NEVER smiles and he just stands there and says things like 'yes' 'no' 'freak' and stuff like, VERY antisocial, but anyway it's not really fun when someone doesn't smile - you'll think that guy doesn't have any lips or something TO smile.

I know my dad never smiles and when someone smiles it can just help cheer up their or your little world. Never thought something like that could be so over-powering and huge didja?

So just smile more often.

I know I'm getting a head of myself but you know those people who generally have a huge ability to just crack up random jokes and stuff?

I envy them.

OK, I’m about do something really weird right now, and that is I’m apologising for B’s spelling and grammatical errors in her last post, and well, just about every other post. It’s not her fault she doesn’t listen to me when I say “Don’t forget to do spell-check!” And it’s not her fault she’s illiterate and only got into the top English class because she likes Star Wars and Doctor Who.
OH. I think it’s about time you found out what TB (Trixx and B) look like, so below is a photograph of us.

We’re so cool.

Its murder in the club tonight...

My and Trixx are always coming up with strange things to say to each other(like our song lyric fights,) but recently we were invoked in asking each other these strange questions so I thought that I'd put them on here just to see what everyone else would do if it happened to them.

1. You whole family is out for the whole week and your the only one at home. Your laying in your bed when suddenly you hear someone call out your name really softly then again, and again, and again - and then suddenly you hear a little tap on the door and a eerie voice calls out your name.
I would get up and go and investigate, but T says that's how people get killed in horror movies...

2. Your walking down the street in the middle of the night and then a stranger approaches you (anyone, preferably NOT a little kid, someone creepy!) and then they make their hand like a figure of a gun (like you would when you are a kid and play cops & robbers) and says "hands up!"
I would stare at the person and then slowly WALK AWAY

3. Your talking with your friend when a stranger or person you don't know very well comes up and shoves you
I would glare at the person and ask them 'what was that for?'

Okay, so that's the end of the creepy, weird and VERY random questions.

Hey, I'm in love,

They’re all so dumb and immature…

Wow, some ad's are really stupid...
There's this one ad about Clearacil. This girl is texting a guy while she’s at school, saying she can’t hang out with him or whatever. Then her friend says, "Your not going to blow him off, are you?" The girls like, "I can feel a pimple coming on :(" And her friend is all like, "You should use this!" and pulls out a Clearacil pen thing, explaining what it does and stuff. So the girl uses it, and then writes on a piece of paper and walks into the middle of a class with like 50 people in it. Everyone stops and watches her as she passes the note to the guy whom she was texting, and it says "See you at the café." Everyone cheers as she walks out. OMG STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd rather stay awake while I'm asleep...

I shall announce that I'm a cheater.
- Not the sort that runs fast (I am DESFINATLY that sort that does NOT run fast), but the sort that skips out on things to make it easier on themselves.
I cheat all the time, from doing 20 push-ups in PE to leaving my uniform at home so I dont have to do it - and then I even cheat again in that too because we have to right lines and I usually only write about 40 or less.
Okay, I'm not fat or anything (And I'm not saying I'm not fat because I dont like being fat which I am not) I'm actually pretty skinny although I still stare at my thighs and think 'urh' who doesn't?
So no, I'm not unfit, not in the fat way although my hair is pretty fat - my hair is so ANNOYING. It wont stay straight, it doesn't curl or anything it just tangles and falls out of place so people have a reason to stare at me and think 'poor person, bad hair day...'
But then when they stare at me I glare at them until they look away or make a face and look away, or give me the finger then look away - but in a nutshell - THEY LOOK AWAY.
Okay, I was just re-reading all of this and I have noticed that I had gone from trying to confess about my cheating ways to talking about people staring at me...

oh well, that me for you

I have super-powers

It makes me smile...

Blaize @ Random Rawr has just given us an award (yes, even loser blogs get awards)! It’s quite simple; all I need to do is write a list of Ten Things That Make Me Happy.

1. My friends. Though most of them are Goths and epic fails, we always have the best time and do everything together. They never fail to make me smile.
2. Rainy days. While most people love the sun, seven years of almost continuous sun makes you really, really sick of it. The rare occasions that it does rain make me extremely happy. There's just something about rain; the smell of it, how when it rains you're allowed to be lazy... It's just epicness.
3. Music. No matter what I’m feeling, there’s always a song out there that describes my mood perfectly. And music can also change your mood from “grouchy” to “eee happy”.
4. Myspace. I only just discovered this site (yes, I know, I’m about 6 years behind everyone else). Reading what my friends are up to, and watching dodgy live videos is pure awesome.
5. My Family. If I have a bad day, they’d defo cheer me up.
6. Making other people happy. If you can achieve this, you know you’ve done a week’s worth of good deeds.
7. Summer. There’s nothing like lying on the beach (clad in sunscreen, of course) under the rays of the evil sun (or umbrella), listening to the sound of the waves crashing, water splashing... *sigh*.
8. Chocolate. Harry Potter was right with this one, eating chocolate is scientifically proven to make you happy, so of course it's going to make my list. My all-time favourite is honeycomb chocolate, just in case you ever wanted to buy me some. XP
9. Parties. I’m not talking about your Cory Worthington parties, where complete randoms rock up, and the police are called hundreds of times because your stereo volume is on 9000. I’m talking about get-togethers with friends and relatives, and kiddie sleepovers, with teacups on the table, and your stuffed toys sitting next to you. Good times, good times.
10. Being myself. Life’s not a stage, and we shouldn’t care what other people think, because the odds are we’ll see them again in our lives (this includes everybody from school).

Now, I have to pass this onto 10 bloggers, but I don’t know 10 bloggers. So I’m gonna be a bad girl and bend the rules a little; – ANYBODY can copy+paste this onto their blog! Woot!

Don’t try to hate me because I am so popular...

Yesterday was my first day back at school for the year, and it was no where near epic. It was basically the exact same as every other school day, only I was a sophomore.
We had five new students enrolled in my year, which was great because I’ve been looking forward to making a new friend. But no. Each of them had to have a ‘buddy’ who would show them around school, and other stuff. And every one of them was a ‘buddy’ to a prep. This meant they will all soon become preps, who would then pick on people such as me. Fail. There was this one girl, Clara, who was repeating the year (coz she had too many days off school), who I chatted with, and she seemed a potential new friend. But when the preps finally made it to class, they adopted her. OMG, I hate those people! It’s like popular people desperately want to be popular. Like, they don’t think they have enough ‘friends’. Literally, the popular clique at my school boasts a whopping 31 members! Seriously. And they believe they don’t have enough friends. Or maybe they just want the loners to stay loners. I think I’ll go stab thumbtacks into their photos.

Today I am under a heavy cloud...

I have dragged myself out the doldrums and decided to dedicate a song to my mood:
“Am I Not Pretty Enough” by Kasey Chambers. Read a copy of the lyrics here. I especially related to the lines: “Am I too outspoken/Don’t I make you laugh/Should I try it harder”, and of course, the entire chorus. I am gonna go cry now. Have a great Monday.

Rock...

On Monday my family and I went on a short holiday to Nambucca Heads. We had tons of fun there, swimming, shopping, and bushwalking. The highlight of it all was definitely walking along “The Wall” – a hedge of rocks – which was tiring but awesome! Each rock was individually painted by tourists and locals, creating a nice look. I’ve uploaded some of them below:

I love the way they carved this

Showing you how many rocks there were..

My two favourite music genres!

There were a lot of marriage proposals

I liked this one best

So true

So the holidays are almost over and (NOOO) school’s in. But I don't think they have a (cringe) High School Musical song for that, and if everyone got up and began singing because we have to hurl ourselves around for 7 whole hours for 5 times a week, I’d scream. Well that’s what I dreamed last night.
I know, you must be thinking ‘What a terrible nightmare!’, and yes, it was as horrible as it sounds. So when I couldn’t bear to go back to sleep and see Zac Efrons’ face I got up and did what I usually did when I had a nightmare - go onto Facebook.
I don't know how many people are on at 2 in the morning but I hadn’t been able to get on for a few days so this seemed like a great time to just catch up to my internet world...and then I was bombarded by my worst enemy...
Game requests! They were everywhere, man, for stupid things like Farm Animals which I don't why people waste their time on. So I wasted ten minutes clicking ‘ignore’ for all of them, until I could finally go onto my page and again get attacked by Social Interviews.
I hate Social Interviews so much I want to go and kill who ever invented them (especially those Kiss or Diss ones *shudders*), who cars what someone you’ve never met thinks of you? Or if they would Kiss or Diss you?
I usually spend my time getting them off my page but I was too outraged (and lazy) to even care.
I’d rather put up with singing freaks.

In the summer time that is where I'll be...

Hi There!
I suppose Trixx has already introduced you to us and our little blog.
We had decided that it’ll be cool to write this blog in about five seconds flat and then spent half-an-hour deciding what our names should be and we soon settled for something simple (and kind of gay in my opinion). So I guess I should tell you why Trixx and me (or I for those of you who have to be grammatically correct) decided to write this blog in the first place.
Well it’s exactly the same reason why just about everyone decides to write a blog—to tell you about our opinions on things/subjects and get it out there (for me another reason is to advertise me blog/novel www.trippingoverstars.blogspot.com, heehee).
So I think I’ve just finished up on Trixx’s intro (and no, we’re not TB, BT or anything like that).
And its still summer (a season which I hate since I’m all for winter) school is still put off for about a week and that means we still have a chance to just chill at the beach for endless hours, talk on the phone for endless hours, be on the internet for endless hours and for me, at least, sit in front of a fan/Air Con for endless hours. Lol.
Signing off.

We were both young when I first saw you…

We were both young when I first saw you...

Well this is awkward, isn’t it?
We don’t know you, you don’t know us, but don’t worry you soon will.
All you need to know is that we’re Trinity and B — together forming TB (though B votes against it) — and we’re just two random friends who one day decided to start our own ‘joint effort’.
In quick summary, in this blog is just a bunch of opinions, random stuff we stumble across, and general musings nobody would find entertaining. Oh, well. I hope we haven’t bored you to death already!

Much love :-]
